Spa Isha Academy

Spa Isha Academy runs training courses from their new custom designed spa and training facility at the Hanwell Healthcare Centre. Our courses range from introductory sessions and advanced workshops,  through to over one year IFA diploma courses. Our training covers aromatherapy, massage and related bodywork, and workshops on making natural skincare and cosmetic products.

The course fees for Aromatherapy and for the PEOT diplomas (for new enrolment in October 2017):

Our cost for the training is £1533 (and 1233 if exempt from A&P). This can be payable in 3 installments with a £100 deposit. Our cost is inclusive of VAT. The fee will cover all the teaching materials, equipment, oils and other ingredients that we provide during your training practical sessions.  This training fee includes IFA student membership for 2 years. You will also need to take out student insurance (approx. £33), and there is a recommended booklist (which you can purchase or request from a library), and a recommended supplies and equipment list to enable you to conduct your case studies. There will also be an examination fee (approx.£100).

This means you should allow for a total of about £2000 or so for your training – which will include all books, fees and training material, and supplies that you may purchase as you progress on your training (for instance, cosmetic ingredients or equipment, massage couch). We will advise on suppliers based on our experience to help keep reduce additional costs for our students, and membership of the IFA also entitles students to further discounts with many suppliers.

Full details of the courses are available on the IFA’s website

If you are interested, please provide us with a brief of your background, qualifications and why you would like to do this training.

We are currently finalising our schedule for our next in-take in October 2017.
